While the bride was dressing she realized the vail had been left in Nashville. Shelley stayed positive and starting working on a solution. A veil was found and delivered to the venue just in time. Also the bar top linens were missing and she was also able to locate just what was needed. I highly recommend Shelley to assist with any event. She has experience, knowledge, and most of all genuine desire to create a dream wedding or event for her clients.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Shelley to coordinate our wedding. From our first conversation, Shelley's services and expertise allowed us to relax and enjoy our wedding day. Her years of experience, proved invaluable, as she attended to details, that, otherwise, would have never had occurred to us.
Shelley warmly welcomed our families to the rehearsal and made sure everyone felt comfortable with their roles in the ceremony. She met us at the church and proceeded to tend to our every need the day of the wedding. She zipped dresses, tied bows, kept the groom from sneaking a peek at the bride, gracefully dealt with a late-arriving bridal party, cued the organist, and sent everyone down the aisle at the right moment. She did it all!
Shelley was a huge help with the family photos. Our photographer wanted to take advantage of the "perfect light" of the Lookout Mtn. rain and fog and she managed to find the right umbrella for us, even matching our wedding colors!
Shelley is a truly gifted wedding coordinator. She loves helping others, and it truly shows.

Cecelia and I were so pleased to have Shelley serve as the wedding coordinator for
our daughter Janelle’s wedding and reception. Her assistance and expertise were particularly
important to us in planning the flow of the reception and being sure that the various traditional
and somewhat non-traditional elements we wished to include moved seamlessly and in a manner
that did not rush or drag for the guests. Shelley assisted in coordinating clearly with the catering
company, with the bride and groom, and with us as the bride’s parents to keep everyone on the
same page. Her ability to move calmly about and remind us to of our timeline helped keep us all
cool and collected during what could have been a very high stress time.
The ceremony took place in a traditional church and Shelley’s work with those representing the
church and leading the service was excellent. She was able to help our daughter think through
various aspects particularly about the appearance of the ceremony which made her and the
wedding party relaxed and the ceremony visually appealing to all. Attention to details that
otherwise might be overlooked, calm and effective instruction, and timely guidance are what
Shelley’s leadership provided for our celebration.
