I have been coordinating weddings since my own, when our beloved wedding coordinator was a no show at our reception because she got a run in her panty hose!
My passion is helping people, and I will do whatever needs to be done to make sure your event is perfect and stress-free.
I have 30+ years of event planning, volunteer coordinating, and fundraising in the world of nonprofits. I have coordinated ordinations for priests, receptions for bishops, Galas with over 500 guests, luncheons for women's groups, and of course, many weddings for my friends and church family. I would love to work with you on your next event, or help you plan a non-profit fundraising event.
When I'm not planning special moments, I enjoy time with my husband and my family. We are animal lovers, lake dwellers, self-proclaimed garden warriors, and love taking on home improvement projects!

The Small Details
The magic happens in the details. It's the little things like prompting the groom to ask his mother to dance, or checking out the electricity capacity before a band blows the circuit! Some things people may, or may NOT, think of! It's the may NOTs that I specialize in. With the years of experience in various venues and functions, I take pride in making sure the lighting and sound is perfect, that everyone is well informed of what is happening and when, and that there is always a back up plan for the little emergencies! I want YOU to be present in the moment, not in the details. That's where I come in!
